Well, you always have to allow yourself to be selfish every now and then,
this is one of my now and thens.
In case you haven't already guessed, I'm putting poems I have written
myself on this part of the page. I think they are okay, I have other
people tell me that they are really good, but you can't always trust other people.

Waiting for a Touch,
That may never be felt.
Listening for the Words,
That may never be heard.
Searching for Something,
That may not be found.
Never giving up Hope
That it will.

Love

Love sits
As an unplanted seed,
Love grows
Like an unwatched weed,
Love brings,
Two parts together,
And makes them one.
Love keeps the storm from
Drowning the Sailor,
Love keeps the Sword
From piercing the Warrior,
Love keeps the Flame
That chases the cold
From a lost wanderer's bone's
From dying out.
Love is a garden, Love is an umbrella,
Love is a shield, Love is a Fire.
